Shipping Policy:

Please allow 10-12 business days for your product to leave our warehouse (many of our items are custom made to order). All orders are shipped by UPS on business days (Monday to Friday) excluding holidays. Signature upon delivery required, no exceptions.

We are unable to ship to PO Box and military addresses.

Neda Boutique is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to uncontrollable events.

Return/Exchange Policy:

If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you can send it back to us for an exchange or a refund.

All merchandise returned must be unworn with the price tags intact and still attached to the item.

You have 10 days to return your items once you have received them (make sure your parcel is postmarked within this window). We will not accept CODs.

Exchanges or Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive the merchandise. You will receive a confirmation by email when your exchanges or refunds are processed.

We will refund your credit card for the purchase price of the merchandise minus shipping costs. We do not refund original or return shipping costs.
Shipping costs will only be refunded due to damaged merchandise or an error.

Returns and Exchanges Procedure

1. Before sending out your return/exchange package, please email: orders @ shopneda.com

2. Tell us which item you wish to return. Please explain whether you would like a refund or an exchange. Your Return Authorization number (RA#) will be emailed to you once we process your request; please allow up to 72 hours for processing. Please include your phone number.

3. Print your confirmation email and include it with your package. PLEASE WRITE YOUR RA # ON THE OUTSIDE OF YOUR PACKAGE.

4. Pack and securely seal the merchandise in the original package if possible.

5. Returns will not be accepted without an RA#.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, therefore, we suggest insuring your package.
